Our Team

In addition to broad and deep debt and equity financing, during his 40 year career, Howard Taylor has developed major retail, housing, and special-use properties acquired many and varied investment properties and supervised their ongoing management. Taylor has his MBA in accounting and finance from Simon School at The University of Rochester and a Masters in Banking from Brown University.

Under Mr. Taylor’s direction is David Bradach, CPA & Chief Financial Officer, Jay Hinton, Chief Underwriter, and Timothy Moffitt, Southwest Florida Regional Director.
